Mothers Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions
On Mother’s Day, one lucky mum will win a top-of-the-range electric toothbrush – perfect for maintaining the dental glow all year long.
1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all Metro Dental Menai patients who are mothers, legal residents of Sydney, New South Wales, and at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Metro Dental Menai, their immediate family members, and persons connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
2. Promotion Period: The giveaway starts on 01/04/25 at 9am and ends on 09/05/25 at 6pm.
3. How to Enter: Book and complete a check-up and clean at Metro Dental Menai. Request a raffle entry slip, fill in your details and drop it into the raffle box.
4. Prize and Winner Selection: The prize consists of a Philips Sonicare Diamond Clean Pink edition Electric Toothbrush, valued at RRP $369. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. One winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. This decision is final, and no further discussions will be entertained.
5. Winner: Draw will be conducted on Friday 09 May 2025 at 6pm at Metro Dental Menai. Winner will be notified via phone call and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within this timeframe, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
6. By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Metro Dental Menai reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway in case of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
7. Metro Dental Menai is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or human error which may occur in the administration of the giveaway.
